Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how StGelais Designs LLC ("we," "us," or "our")
collects, uses, and shares information when you use The Little Tracker, a web
application for tracking a personal pajama and clothing collection, available at
thelittletracker.app (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. It is not directed to
children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has
provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: your email address and password, handled through our
authentication provider. You may also set a display name.
- Collection data: the items you track (prints, styles, sizes, prices you paid,
condition, status, notes, wishlist), and photos you choose to upload.
- Marketplace information: if you list an item for sale, the listing details
(item, size, asking price, condition, and where it is posted). To sell, we ask for a mailing
address. Your full street address is kept private and used only to complete a sale you agree to;
only your state and ZIP code are shown publicly on your listings.
- Messages and offers: messages and offers you send to other users through the Service.
- Support communications: information you send us by email.
Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your
payment card details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number. We
receive limited information such as your subscription status and the last digits or card brand needed
to manage your account. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: basic technical information such as browser type, device
type, and general usage needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Local storage: we use your browser's local storage and similar technologies to
keep you signed in and to cache your collection for a faster experience.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To understand trends and improve the Service by analyzing collection and usage data in
aggregate and de-identified form (for example, which items are most commonly tracked).
- To create and secure your account and sync your collection across your devices.
- To enable features you choose to use, such as sharing your closet with friends and the buy/sell marketplace.
- To process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
- To send you Service-related emails, such as sign-in links, confirmations, and password resets.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How information is shared
With other users
- Friends: if you add and accept a friend, you and that friend can see each
other's tracked collections. Your uploaded personal photos remain private to you and are not shown
to friends.
- Marketplace: when you list an item, other signed-in users can see the listing
details, your display name, and your state and ZIP code. If you message or make an offer, the other
user sees that communication. Buyers and sellers share information with each other to arrange a sale.
With service providers
We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, only as needed to provide it:
- Supabase - account authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel - website and application hosting.
- Stripe - payment processing and subscription management.
- Resend - sending Service-related emails.
- Google Fonts - serving the fonts used in the interface.
For legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our
users, the public, or us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for
cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to operate the Service, such as keeping you
signed in and caching your data. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
When you delete your account, we delete your associated collection data, photos, listings, and messages,
except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations
(for example, payment records held by Stripe).
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and update: you can view and edit your collection and profile in the app.
- Delete: you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
- Subscription: you can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing
portal linked in the app.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. To make a
request, contact us at the email below.
8. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and database access rules that limit each user to
their own data (and to friends who have accepted each other). No method of transmission or storage is
completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Not affiliated with Little Sleepies or other brands
The Little Tracker is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by Little Sleepies or any clothing brand. Product names and images in the catalog are
the property of their respective owners and are used only to help you identify items in your own
collection.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date
above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after
changes means you accept the updated Policy.
